Parrot shows or other Animal acts are not allowed in some parts of Orange County California without permits. Except for Newport Beach,  we do not provide animals in Orange County, California. No parrot show company in southern California will provide parrots to Orange County California. If you feel that all the people of Orange County, California should be able to have a parrot show or parrots at any event or party then call the Orange County Supervisors listed below and tell them to change the county law and exempt parrots and parrot shows from Orange County Municipal Code Section 5-1-29 and all animal control sections of the Municipal Code.
